Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 1-2 business days (2-3 business days for Sicily and Sardinia)
- European Union: 1-2 business days
- Europe (non-EU): 1-2 business days
- North America: 2-3 business days
Preorder items: Some products may be available for purchase through a Preorder option. Preorder items do not follow the estimated delivery times listed above; instead, they ship according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase. The shipping costs and international shipping terms described in this policy (free shipping on all orders; customs duties and import taxes included with every order) apply in the same way to preorder items. Order tracking: All orders include a tracking number that you will receive via email once your package has been shipped.
International shipping: For orders shipped outside the European Union (North America, non-EU Europe), customs duties and import taxes are INCLUDED with every order, you won't be asked for extra fees at checkout or delivery.
