Free size exchange — First exchange on us
Not sure about the size? We offer the first size exchange for free to our European customers (EU and Non-EU). Simply contact us at info@sayyou.it. Once your return is approved and received, we'll ship the new size at no additional cost, including free return shipping on the original item. 

If you purchased from North America and would like to exchange your size, please follow the return procedure and make a new purchase.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to provide any reason.

Return Policy

All returns will incur a processing fee equal to 10% of the item's price, which will be deducted from your refund. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How to request a return

You can request a return in two ways:

Option 1: Self-service return (recommended)

Log in to your account and navigate to the Returns section to submit your return request directly.

Option 2: Email request

Contact us at info@sayyou.it within 14 days of delivery, providing:

• Order number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)

We will confirm your request and provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Footwear worn outdoors
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Sale items or gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@sayyou.it if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
