CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY

SAYYOU is currently in a pre-launch showcase phase for some products, which may be offered through a Preorder purchase option while inventory and availability are being finalized.

RIGHT TO CANCEL A PREORDER

You may cancel a preorder at any time before it has been shipped, free of charge and without having to provide a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@sayyou.it with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

AFTER SHIPMENT

Once a preordered item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under this policy; our standard Refund Policy applies instead, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

CHANGES DURING THE PRE-LAUNCH PERIOD

Estimated availability dates for preorder items may change. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, or if the estimated shipping date changes significantly, we will notify you by email and you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
